[Someone's been avoiding everyone the mansion in a fit of awkward and angst since the mirrors showed up!]

[There's really just too much for Poland to deal with right now. His friend-breakup with Elaine, his encounter with Mirror Lithuania, the knowledge that Mirror Poland was free to scare Aang and hurt Nai and maybe do bad things to his other friends... He's curled up underneath his cloak in a corner of the overgrown garden at the edge of the forest, where he's been hiding out today.]

[The knowledge that his memories were able to disrupt the Mansion itself helps him, gives him hope, makes him feel more powerful. But...]

...I like, can't believe I forgot about them. I just... forgot. My own people... A nation totally shouldn't...

Gawd, this is lame.

Um. Is everyone like, okay and stuff? Apparently my mirror was a mega-bitch to some of you, so like. Uh. Yeah. Everybody cool?

Honestly? The mirrors have put me through enough crap lately that I totally deserve it. I mean, I'm totally all about the beer, too, but right now? Wódka all the way!

[He gets a fairly large bottle out of the cabinet, though he has to stand on his tip-toes to reach it. With his mission accomplished, he grabs a glass and moves his chair over near Tim.]

*shrug* Hey, whatever works. So tell me about this ghost stuff that I missed. There were ghosts?

[Pours himself a glass and sets the bottle aside, putting his feet up on an empty chair]

Dude, totally! Like, all over the place, for real. There was like... a white rabbit, and these funny people hanging out in the tearooms, and this weird lady in the library, and the torches and "electric lights" kept getting all messed up and flickery on the lower floors... there was like, probably more, but I kinda stayed in a lot of the time, you know? Plus, there were like, all those mirrors everywhere.

So it got seriously Alice in Wonderland-like? huh. That actually sounds pretty cool. I heard a couple of people got killed by mirrors and stuff. So I'm sort of glad I missed it.

People got killed? I totally didn't hear about that... I can defs believe it, though.

[He takes a big swig of his drink.]

I mean, I had to fight Liet's mirror. Not fun, seriously.

You had to fight him? What the hell for?

[Winces, and takes another big sip.]

Well... Like, before I knew it was his mirror, right, he was... trying stuff. Trying to get me to do stuff with him. And when I was all, "Liet, I said no, you know we're waiting until we're married" and junk, he got like... super pissed off. He totally pushed me around and hit me. And that's, you know, when I knew it wasn't my Liet, because he'd so never hurt me or try to force me to do something I wasn't cool with, right?

So then we started fighting.

And he said a lot of super creepy things.

Also, he like, had a gun.

[Drinks more!]

Harsh. That blows that they both came over and just wanted to cause trouble for you.

Alex's mirror wanted to meet everyone and have some kind of a party. Guess I'm glad I don't have a mirror then.

*stares down into his bottle*

[Whoooo, the world's starting to get a little tilty~ Poland doesn't notice, because he's still annoyed about the mirrors.]

What? Like, how come you get to not have one? Dude, I totally bet you have one and you don't know.

And! And and and. And like, what was Liet's mirror even doing with a gun? Totally unfair! Gawd, this is like, exactly why I told America he should teach me to shoot one, so I wouldn't get stuck fighting gun-people without one again!

[...This is the fifth time. Poland has not yet died in any of these attempts, though the loss against America was pretty humiliating.]

Nah, Alex's mirror said I didn't. So he thinks I'm not real cuz I don't have some opposite of me on the other side.

*downs his beer* After all these stories guess I don't mind not being real. *drunken smile*

Maybe you should pull a gun outta the closet and practice? Like shoot driftwood on the beach, or trees or something.

[Poland downs the rest of his glass with a pouty little scowl.]

It's still like.... mega ultra wicked lame that he had one in the first place! I mean, Liet and I have a couple we've been trying to practice with, but this shit totally takes time, right? We're totally used to like, swords and lances, and getting used to new fighting styles, when you're like, hundreds of years old? Ugh! It takes forever! I totally shouldn't have asked America when I did. He got all "blah, blah, I don't wanna get you two involved in this", even though I was totally involved back when he was still being a total pussy and ignoring that it was going on!

[It occurs to him that he is being a ranty!drunk. His plan to stop this? Drink until he hits "warm and fluffy and placid."]

America did what? And who was going on what now? *He couldn't follow any of that normally, and Beer!8 Tim is having considerable trouble*

Okay, okay. [Sip of the new glass!]

So there's like. This guy? And he's a total asshole. Like. A Nazi, or whatever? And he was all running around, you know, being crazy and evil, and the other nations were all like 'whatevs, not our problem!'

Except I was like, 'ohmigod, guys, not cool!' So I, y'know, totally wasn't putting up with him torturing people and shit, so I went and got my sword, right, and killed him.

Then like, after he comes back, he picks on Pakistan, and whoa, all of a sudden it's America and Germany's problem! And they wouldn't let me and Liet come with, even though I totally kicked his ass on my own without them that time. And. And America never taught me to guns.

It was lame.

I totally know, right! Like, a ton of people have shot at me here! That asshole, and like, Liet's mirror, and Prussia, and America! America did it twice, like, back when I first showed up! And he shot lightning at me and junk!

Maybe they're all just jealous of your sparklines. Wait, America can shoot lightning?

Well, you should totally try! Like, how will you know if you don't?

Prussia's, like... he's not here anymore, I think. He's Germany's brother, and he's totally lame! He's the Teutonic Order in my time, but when he was here, he was all "blah, blah, I'm the Kingdom of Prussia, blah!"

Also, he like, thought I was his fief or something? Which is just like, ha, no ♥

What's a fief?
