I'm really sick of hearing how it's wrong for two men to love each other. Your world is stupid for making people feel wrong for following their hearts. Too many times the heart is right when sense is flawed.

...I totally don't know what to do. I know what my heart tells me, but my religion is way important to me, and like, I don't want to lose him as a friend over this... I just don't know anymore. I like, think it was almost easier back home, when anyone I'd asked would have told me that of course it was wrong, and I should put it out my my mind. But... I just... America's Christian, and he was cool about the dress and about me liking Liet, and it's like... I don't really know if it's wrong or not anymore, and that makes it tempting because it seems really natural to me, and yeah. I'm... totally babbling.

[Wolfram may not have been on a horse for as many years as Poland had but he was a trained soldier so his riding skill was plenty. He raced through the more open grounds.]

[You know, there's a Russian proverb that starts out "A Pole without a horse is like a body without a soul". Among the few true things Russia has ever said about him. Poland just looks a little more alive as he clings to his horse's mane and they gallop after Wolfram.]
