Wouldn't he be able to eleminate his weaknesses if ...he is like that?

[He doesn't know what to call it, and getting armored sounds good. And Lithuania doesn't know much about the 2 WW time (Germany was an ass towards everyone, no reason to assume that it was even worse for Poland), so there is no reason ask about it.]
